Our units
Every unit: A kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and microwave, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a workspace. A 24-hour backup generator, backup water tanks, CCTV, controlled access and secure parking cover the whole property.
Bachelor studio (Units 9, 10 and 11): R649 per unit per night. Best for solo contractors and business travellers, on short or long stays.
One-bedroom (Units 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 12): R699 per unit per night. Best for guests who want a separate bedroom, and longer stays. Unit 7 has a bathtub as well as a shower.
Two-bedroom (Unit 6): R989 per unit per night. Best for colleagues sharing, and small families.
Three-bedroom family (Unit 5): R1,199 per unit per night. Best for families and groups travelling together.
PRICING
Book direct on NightsBridge for 10% off shorter stays. Stays of 15 nights or more get 10% off, and stays of 30 nights or more get 20% off, our maximum. Only one discount applies per booking.

How do the long-stay discounts work?
Stays of 15 nights or more get 10% off. Stays of 30 nights or more get 20% off, which is our maximum. Only one discount applies per booking.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. VAT invoices are available on request.
Do monthly guests pay a deposit?
No. Monthly guests pay no deposit.
