Getting to Kendal

Kendal sits near Ogies, about 15 km south of Kusile. When it was completed in 1993, it was the world's largest indirect dry-cooled power station.

From Kipling Street, take Watermeyer Street south for about 3 km and join the N12 heading south-west. Stay on the N12 for about 30 km, then exit and follow the signs to Kendal Power Station, about 10 km further south. The drive is approximately 45 km and takes about 45 to 50 minutes. Leave extra time in peak traffic.
