What month-to-month actually means here

Month to month is exactly what it sounds like, and the simplest rental arrangement we offer. You commit to a single month at a time. At the end of each month, you decide whether to stay another or hand back the keys. There's no twelve-month lease, no signed-in obligation, and no penalty for leaving when your plans change.

It's the right choice when life is in motion. When the contract might end, or might extend. When you're working out where you want to be. When you'd rather pay a slightly higher monthly rate than a hotel for the freedom to leave any time.

Predictable on the inside

Flexible terms shouldn't mean shifting prices

Some month-to-month arrangements come with a catch, a higher rate in the second month, a "renewal fee" later, or a quiet bump at month four. Ours doesn't.

The rate you book at is the rate you pay every month, for as long as you stay. We adjust nothing without telling you well in advance, and we won't surprise you with admin fees, key fees, or "deep clean" charges at the end of a stay.

Pay your first month

Confirm your booking with the first month's rent and a refundable security deposit. The unit is fully furnished, ready, and yours.

ii.

Stay as long as you want

Each month rolls into the next automatically. Same rate, same unit, no renegotiation. You only need to act if you're planning to leave.

iii.

Give 30 days' notice when you're ready

Send us a message, give us thirty days, and the arrangement ends. Deposit returned, no penalties, no awkward conversations.

It's a renewing arrangement, not a contract you have to escape.

The only thing that changes from month to month is whether you stay. Everything else, the rate, the unit, the inclusions, stays the same. Predictable on the inside, flexible on the outside.
